Firstly we would like to say a huge thank you to those who took part in our customer survey, the feedback we received was both incredibly satisfying and also really insightful into the areas which we can develop. All answers were taken into account and are being used by our team to help us to make future decisions to best satisfy your needs.
There were some comments saying we could be quicker with the delivery of our orders. Since we first posted the survey, we have changed our logistics carrier to DPD, who are the leading provider of parcel delivery worldwide, and offer a brilliant service. So hopefully since some of your delivery concern comments, that aspect of our service has improved.
Regarding product opinions, we received a number of comments requesting a more tailored fitting chef trouser to add to our current collection, which has been noted and is being looked into for potential development from our design team in the future.
