Returns Information

Oliver Harvey endeavours to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if this is not the case then we offer a full money back guarantee when goods are returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, excluding any carriage charges. If you wish to file a return, please complete the Returns Form which can be found on the back of your delivery note which is located on the front of your parcel. Return delivery costs will be refunded only on faulty garments.

Bespoke garments, including embroidery, cannot be accepted in return unless faulty and pre-authorised.

Please be aware a 10% restocking charge will be applied for all returns where there is no product fault. This does not apply to size exchanges.
