UK Delivery Options

We have 4 delivery options for orders to mainland UK;

Economy Delivery – 5 Working Days. Under £50 net = £5. Over £50 net = FREE.

Express Delivery – Next Working Day. Under £50 net = £10. Over £50 net = £5. Over £150 net = FREE.

Saturday Delivery – Saturday Delivery. All orders = £30. Over £150 net = FREE.

Click & Collect – 5 Working Days. Under £50 net = £3.95. Over £50 net = FREE.

Exceptions

Express delivery is only applicable on items that are marked for Express Delivery. Orders received before 12:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. Unfortunately, orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the next following working day. 

Personalised orders are delivered within 5-7 working days (upon sign off of logo if applicable).

Non-standard orders are delivered within 5-10 working days.

Non-standard items include: certain chef shoes (as stated on product pages). Please note order value does not include the tax, only the value of the products in your basket.

International Delivery Options

We are currently unable to deliver the EU at the present time whilst we resolve the VAT changes. We are currently working on rectifying this as soon as possible. 

International and Non-UK Mainland orders will take an additional 2-5 working days on top of the above depending on the destination country.

Delivery prices for International orders range from £10-60 depending on location, these prices will be shown at the checkout when you select your destination country.

You may be liable to pay an import tax from your host country, your local government office will be able to provide details.
