How long does the bespoke design and production process take?

From the date of your order being placed, all personalisation orders will take 10 working days for dispatch.

Is there a minimum order quantity for personalised orders?

Yes - for most items, our minimum order quantity is 50 units. Please note that this is not a contract manufacturing service, we will only produce bespoke Oliver Harvey garments directly for our customers.

Can I customise both chefs' and front-of-house staff uniforms?
