You can now add personalisation to Oliver Harvey products online. Simply follow the steps above to start adding personalisation to your products. Once your order is confirmed and you are happy with the sample, we will complete your order. Please expect 10-15 working days for delivery once a logo sample has been approved.

If you add a logo to a product there is a £30 set up cost to pay however, once this is set up, you can reuse this logo on future orders. Each application of a logo costs £3.50 and text costs £2.50 per application. If you choose to have a large logo placed on either the front or back of a product there is an additional £5 cost per location.

Because of its unique impregnated coating, our full grain leather aprons are very easy to clean. Food, fat, wine, coffee or dirt can easily be removed with just a lukewarm cloth and a natural soap. A good natural soap to use is ordinary shampoo for your hair!
Do not spot clean the leather apron; always clean the entire surface. Do not use any hard chemicals like saddle soap, cleaning solvents, oils, furniture polishes, varnishes, abrasive cleaners, detergents, or ammonia on the leather apron. This will dissolve the coated protection layer making the leather sticky and cracked.
Try to avoid making the leather soaking wet and do not put the apron in the washing machine.
If the leather is soaking wet let it dry naturally at room temperature. Do not put the leather apron on a heat source to make it dry faster else the leather will dry out. Treat your leather apron well and it will last a lifetime.
We advise to treat your leather apron with a natural based leather conditioner and your apron will stay moist, supple and protected. Gently apply the leather conditioner once a month or after a thorough clean using a cloth or sponge. Leave it for 15 min so the leather can soak up the conditioner. Gently wipe the aprons with a clean cloth afterwards. This will keep your leather apron protected and ready for another day!
After a good day of using your apron, it is best to store it by hanging it on a hook. This does not only make the apron looks like an art piece in your kitchen, bar, atelier or workplace, it will maintain its natural shape and prevent it from getting any folding lines. Taking the apron on your journey? roll the apron from the bottom to the top. Do not fold the apron else you will get folding lines on your apron. if this happens the folding lines eventually will come out by itself. Alternatively, you can gently iron the backside of the leather to take out the folding lines.

UK Delivery Options
We have 4 delivery options for orders to mainland UK;
Economy Delivery - 5 Working Days. Under £25 = £5. Over £25 = FREE.
Express Delivery - Next Working Day. Under £25 = £10. Over £25 = £5. Over £150 = FREE.
Express Delivery 10:30 - Next Working Day before 10.30am. Under £25 = £25. Over £25 = £20. Over £150 = £15.
Saturday Delivery - Saturday Delivery. All orders = £30.
Exceptions
Express Delivery options are only available on items where we have stock for express delivery. This is indicated on product pages and at the checkout with a tick icon.
Personalised orders are delivered within 10 working days (upon sign off of logo if applicable).
Non-standard orders are delivered within 5-10 working days.
Non-standard items include: certain chef shoes (as stated on product pages), t-shirts and polo shirts, shirts and blouses and accessories.
International Delivery Options
International and Non-UK Mainland orders will take an additional 2-5 working days on top of the above depending on destination country.
Ireland orders above £150 are free. Orders below £150 will cost £10 (ex. VAT).
Delivery prices for International orders range from £10-60 depending on location, these prices will be shown at the checkout when you select your destination country.
You may be liable to pay an import tax from your host country, your local government office will be able to provide details.
