Back in 2019, we decided that we had not yet truly catered for all the amazing chefs in the UK! To address this, we took a unique approach. Inviting three talented female chefs to our home near Manchester, we conducted a roundtable exercise, discussing the shortcomings of current options and exploring what would work best for all body shapes. Following this, we developed samples, sending them to chefs nationwide for feedback to hear their thoughts. Through multiple conversations, tweaks, and iterations, we arrived at the final result before you. Confidently, we present the first full ladies' chefswear range designed by women, for women.
The Hampshire and Derbyshire Chef Jackets feature added darts, a princess seam and adjusted cutting patterns to accommodate a variety of shapes and sizes. The Shropshire Chef Trouser boasts a half-elasticated back for flexibility during cooking and a straight-leg silhouette for a classic appearance. Our two unique aprons are specifically cut to optimize comfort and performance throughout your long shift.
