The title of goods will only pass to the purchaser once the goods are paid for in full.

All goods and carriage are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

All goods are subject to availability.

Every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered on time, although delivery times are given without obligation or guarantee due to the reliance on a third party carrier and stock availability.

Shortages or damage to deliveries must be noted at the time of delivery and we must be advised in writing within three days of receipt. Any claim for non-delivery of items must be confirmed to us in writing within one week of the invoice date.
